November marks the 5th anniversary for Flesh & Blood. A momentous occasion for any TCG, especially one with as humble beginnings as this one. Who would have thought that the little card game that could from New Zealand would reach such a massive audience in such a short span of time? With a massive competitive circuit and one of the healthiest metagames in any TCG. With a great secondary market presence and a fanbase eager for more. This is a month of celebration of this incredible game that brings all of us and many more together through the common language of playing great games.
November Armory Events:
It’s Oscilio’s turn to get some promo love during Armory events, and although he’s yet to prove his competitive chops in constructed events, he’s sure come to impress with his sweet promos:

5th Anniversary Celebration:
On the 2nd of November we’re hosting a special Classic Constructed event, celebrating the 5th Anniversary for Flesh & Blood. During this special event, we’re handing out increased prizes and promos galore, with a special promo for the return of the original Flesh & Blood hero, Ira. Now returning with her brand new adult version, Ira, Scarlet Ravager is going to be given to the first 16 players that sign up, so make sure you grab your ticket early.
In addition to this event, we’ll be handing out a special trivia card to each participant of an armory event. The first 3 to return the card filled in correctly will receive bonus tix rewards.

World Championship: Osaka
This year we may have had two competitors qualify for the World Championship, but sadly the great pilgrimage to Osaka was a far greater challenge than our two champions could muster, so we’ll have to be cheering on from the sidelines this time around. Make sure to tune in on the livestream for the keynote presentation taking place this Thursday, October 31st, for plenty of announcements, including what the next set will be. Games will begin on Friday, and while we’re having a grand ol’ time celebrating the game’s 5th Anniversary, hard hitting Classic Consturcted Draft and -for the first time ever- Living Legend games will be coming at us from across the world. Who will be the next World Champion? Let’s all tune in this weekend and find out.
The return of Ice, Ice, baby
Armory decks have proven themselves to be great products to revitalize existing heroes, and for the first time, introduce brand new ones to the game. Armory Deck Origins: Jarl Vetreiđi, releasing November 29th, is bringing back the Oldhim flavors of the past, being our new Elemental Guardian with a proclivity towards the Ice and Earth talents. His ability to introduce Frostbite tokens to the game in destroyed equipment zones is something we’ve never seen before, and the new cards that will be introduced alongside him will surely do a lot to slow down this fast and furious format we’re currently traversing.
Initially a limited quantity of these decks will be stocked, so make sure you grab your copy if you too want to crush your opponent’s equipment and freeze them to submission.
Skirmish: Season 10
Skirmish season is coming back for December, and after everyone wants to take a breather from Classic Constructed after a massive World Championship, Skirmish season hits us straight across the face with either Blitz or Living Legend events. Our Skirmish event, held in the very first week of the Season, November 30th, will be our first high profile Living Legend event. Dust out those old heroes and those broken combos and join us for a chance to win some incredible promos:
- 1st place: 1x Cold foil “Terra” and Cold Foil “Redwood Hammer”
- 1st - 4th place: 1x Cold Foil “Channel Thunder Steppe”
- All participants: 1x Extended Art Rainbow Foil Red “Harvest Season” or Red “Fry”

There’s plenty of stuff to be excited for in the world of Flesh & Blood this month, but we also have another tidbit for you all. The Greek Flesh & Blood community is organizing an online league we too can participate in. There is a small entry fee, with games taking place on Talishar. You can find all of the info regarding this on our discord, and get a chance to play against more than what our small community has to offer, through the comfort of your own home.
